- Does our Website use cookies?
Yes, our Website, like most websites, uses cookies. The cookies policy applies to both Online Store Customers and Visitors to the Online Store, i.e., users who browse the Store's content but do not make purchases. The policy also applies to Guests, i.e., Visitors who are not registered Customers but make purchases in our Store without registering an account.
The Website also uses functionalities similar to cookies. Therefore, the following provisions of the Cookies Policy should also be applied accordingly to those technologies.
- What are cookies?
Cookies are IT data, in particular small text information, stored on the users' terminal device, e.g., on a computer, tablet, or mobile phone, which can be read by our ICT system (first-party cookies) or the ICT system of third parties (third-party cookies). These files allow the user's device to be recognized and the website to be displayed appropriately, tailored to their individual preferences, enabling the website to be displayed in the user's language "remembered" by these files, as well as the use of other Website settings selected by the user. "Cookies" usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the terminal device, and a unique number.
A pixel is a software code that allows for tracking Website Visitors and their behavior on websites where pixels are placed. This can range from basic tracking of whether a person has visited the Website to detailed tracking of actions such as adding a product to the cart, selecting a product, submitting a form, etc. The pixel may transmit the collected information to a third party, i.e., the code provider.
- For what purpose do we use cookies?
We use cookies and other internet technologies for:
- ensuring the functioning, security, and reliability of our Website;
- adjusting the content of the Website to the preferences of the Customer or Visitor and optimizing the use of the Website. These files allow for saving user choices regarding language, browser, settings of selected Website elements, or opting out of profiled advertisements, as well as saving information about the user's location;
- facilitating logging into the Customer Account;
- analyzing and creating statistics that help understand how Website Visitors use its functionalities, which enables improving its structure and content;
- advertising purposes (including remarketing, retargeting) and connecting with social media, displaying behavioral advertising using the Google Ads tool, aimed at providing Visitors and Customers with advertising content tailored to their interests or profiles; they may also be used to display advertisements outside the Service pages (also using so-called third-party cookies), i.e., on our advertising partners' sites. Our goal is to develop an advertising offer that is attractive and beneficial to our audience, which is why, as part of behavioral advertising, the Customer and Visitor may primarily see information about products or services they have already viewed or checked on our Website.
- Is personal data processed within cookies?
Yes, selected cookies may, in some situations, process your personal data. The processing of personal data originating from cookies or similar technologies on our Website takes place for the purposes of ensuring the functioning of the Website, adjusting the Website to the preferences of the Visitor and Customer, or for analytical purposes. Processing is based on our legitimate interest. We would like to point out that the legal basis for processing personal data for advertising and statistical purposes will always be your additional and explicit consent, expressed by making a choice and checking the checkbox during the cookie consent process.
When a Visitor or Customer uses the Online Store, cookies are used to identify their browser or device - cookies collect various types of information, which, as a rule, do not constitute personal data. Some information, however, depending on its content and how it is used, may be associated with a specific person - assigning certain behaviors to a specific Visitor or Customer, e.g., by linking them with the data provided during the registration of an Account in the Online Store, or a specific e-mail address - and thus be considered personal data.
- If a cookie processes personal data, does the Privacy Policy apply?
Yes, with regard to information collected by cookies that can be associated with a specific person, the provisions of the Online Store Privacy Policy relating to personal data apply, in particular those regarding the rights of the data subject.
- Do I have to consent to the use of cookies?
During your first visit to our Website, you are shown information about our use of cookies. You can agree to them or not. If you do not agree to our use of cookies, we will only use necessary, technical cookies required for the proper functioning of the Site. Cookies that do not belong to the group of technical files will only be loaded after you have given your consent to cookies (opt-in clause).
- Can I change my mind about the use of cookies?
Of course, yes. If consent has been given for our use of cookies, you can change your mind and withdraw your consent at any time so that they are not used in the future. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. However, it should be noted that disabling or limiting the support of cookies may cause difficulties in using the Online Store, as well as many other websites that use cookies.
- How else can I manage my privacy?
If you want to additionally manage your privacy, here is a list of tools that may be helpful:

- Are cookies harmful?
The cookies we use are not harmful to the Visitor and Customer, nor to the computer, mobile phone, or terminal device they use; therefore, we recommend not disabling them in browsers.
So-called harmless cookies are necessary for the correct operation of the Website, needed to enable the website's functionalities, but their operation has nothing to do with tracking the user.
On our Website, we also use so-called tracking cookies, which we use to track Website Visitors, but they do not include information that (without having other data) allows for identifying a specific user. In certain situations, we use profiling, which is described in more detail in point 12.
- What first-party cookies do we use?
We use first-party cookies to ensure the proper operation of the Website. Our cookies are intended to facilitate your use of our Website, and in particular the functionalities of the Store.
In the case of our system (PrestaShop), only one cookie named PrestaShop- (automatically generated session ID) is created, which stores information on login status, shopping carts, sorting elements, and partly chosen filters on the site. We use this cookie for the proper functioning of the Website and to adapt to the previous choices of Visitors. This is a technical cookie. This cookie expires after 2 weeks.
- Do we use third-party cookies?
Yes. Our Website, in order to optimize its functioning, also uses third-party cookies. We also use third-party cookies for analytical and statistical purposes. Cookies also allow us to tailor advertising and marketing content to your preferences. Cookies also serve to increase the usability and personalization of the Online Store's content, including presenting, creating, granting, and implementing advertisements, offers, or promotions (discounts) dedicated to a given Visitor or Customer according to their interests.
- Do we use profiling?
Yes. Thanks to the cookies used in the Online Store, it is possible for the Controller to become acquainted with the Visitor's preferences - e.g., by analyzing how often they visit the Online Store and whether and what products they buy. Profiling specifically concerns logged-in persons, i.e., Customers. Analyzing online behavior helps to better understand your habits and expectations and to adapt to your needs and interests. Thanks to this technology, it is possible to present Customers with advertisements tailored to their needs and interests and to prepare better promotions and surprises for adult Visitors who have agreed to it, e.g., in the form of discount codes for unpurchased cart content.
Based on cookies, the Controller also uses technology that allows for reaching Visitors who have previously visited the Online Store with advertising messages while they are using other websites.
- For what purpose do we use cookies?
We use cookies and other internet technologies for:
- ensuring the functioning, security, and reliability of our Website;
- adjusting the content of the Website to the preferences of the Customer or Visitor and optimizing the use of the Website. - Specifically, what cookies, pixels, and IT tools do we use?
Google Analytics. We use the Google Analytics tool provided by Google Ireland Limited (registered under number: 368047) with its registered office at: Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Thanks to this, we create statistics and analyses in order to improve the operation of the Website.
Google Analytics automatically collects information about the use of our Site. Importantly, we have IP anonymization enabled. Therefore, Google does not receive personal data from us that could be based on the IP number in combination with other data about Visitors or Customers.
As part of Google Analytics, we collect demographic data and data about interests. The collected information, which is not personal data, is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
If you are interested in the details related to data processing within Google Analytics, we encourage you to read the document developed by Google: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245.
Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) – conversion and remarketing. We use the Google Ads tool provided by Google Ireland Limited (registered under number: 368047) with its registered office at: Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Thanks to this, we draw attention to our content and offers using advertising materials on third-party websites. We analyze data from advertising campaigns to optimize advertising activities. Advertising materials are delivered by Google via so-called "Ad Servers." For this purpose, we use server cookies through which certain parameters for measuring audience reach success, such as ad placement or user clicks, can be measured. If you enter our website via a Google advertisement, Google Ads will store a cookie on your device. For these cookies, to analyze value, the following are usually stored: a unique cookie ID, number of impressions per ad placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversion), and opt-out information (marking which user no longer wishes to be included). Cookies allow Google to recognize your web browser. We do not collect or process any personal data based on the above advertising measures. We do not obtain other data; we cannot identify users based on the information obtained. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically initiates a connection with the Google server. Even if you are not registered for any Google service or are not logged in, it is possible that network providers may obtain and store your IP address.
We also use the remarketing tool in Google Ads, which enables us to present users of our website with interest-based advertisements from other websites belonging to the Google advertising network. For this purpose, Google stores cookies in the browsers of users who visit certain Google services or websites in the Google Display Network to uniquely identify the web browser on a specific device.
We encourage you to read the documents regarding GDPR and Google Ads: https://ads.google.com/intl/en_us/home/faq/gdpr/.
Google Tag Manager – we use the Google Tag Manager tool provided by Google Ireland Limited (registered under number: 368047) with its registered office at: Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Thanks to it, we manage tags on our website. This allows us to study what interactions you enter into with our site and how your device and browsers react to it. This enables us to better tailor the content and code of our website.
Within the Google Tag Manager tool, only aggregated data regarding used tags, performance, and system operation of our site is collected. This does not include IP addresses or data associated with a specific person. However, the collected data in combination with others may lead to linking them with a specific person.
More information about privacy and data security within this tool can be found here: https://support.google.com/tagmanager/answer/9323295?hl=pl&ref_topic=3441532
Google DoubleClick - We use tools for advertising and remarketing purposes. For this purpose, Google cookies regarding DoubleClick services are used. Third-party providers install the appropriate code or pixel to collect information about activity on our Website, and then, based on this, our advertisements are displayed to a Visitor who has visited our Website on other websites belonging to the advertising network of our third-party providers (so-called remarketing), and they also collect information about the campaign carried out, perform Site analytics, and analyze segments.
If you do not agree to the above activities, you can go to the site: https://site.adform.com/privacy-policy-opt-out/
Facebook - We also use marketing tools and Chat provided by Meta Platforms Ireland., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). In order to direct advertisements to you personalized to your behavior on our Site, we use Facebook Pixel, which automatically collects information about your use of our Site in terms of viewed pages.
We do not transfer personal data. Information collected within Facebook Pixel is anonymous, i.e., it does not allow us to identify you. However, we point out that Facebook may combine this information with other information about you collected within your use of the Facebook service and use it for its own purposes, including marketing. Currently, Facebook Pixel also affects data from Instagram. Such Facebook activities are no longer dependent on us, and you can look for information about them directly in Facebook's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy. Depending on the type, purpose, and legal basis for processing cookies containing personal data, the cookies we collect may be stored for the time indicated in the table below.
Cookies containing personal data of a Visitor who is not a Customer, collected by us, will be stored until an objection is raised. The Controller may delete Personal Data if it is not used for marketing purposes for 3 years unless legal provisions oblige the Controller to process personal data for a longer period.
Part of the personal data may be stored longer in case a Visitor has any claims against the Controller or for the purpose of the Controller asserting claims or defending against claims (also of third parties), for the period of their limitation specified by legal provisions, in particular the Civil Code. In any case, the longer period of storing Personal Data is decisive.
