  1.    Specifically, what cookies, pixels, and IT tools do we use?

Google Analytics. We use the Google Analytics tool provided by Google Ireland Limited (registered under number: 368047) with its registered office at: Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Thanks to this, we create statistics and analyses in order to improve the operation of the Website.

Google Analytics automatically collects information about the use of our Site. Importantly, we have IP anonymization enabled. Therefore, Google does not receive personal data from us that could be based on the IP number in combination with other data about Visitors or Customers.

As part of Google Analytics, we collect demographic data and data about interests. The collected information, which is not personal data, is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) – conversion and remarketing. We use the Google Ads tool provided by Google Ireland Limited (registered under number: 368047) with its registered office at: Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Thanks to this, we draw attention to our content and offers using advertising materials on third-party websites. We analyze data from advertising campaigns to optimize advertising activities. Advertising materials are delivered by Google via so-called "Ad Servers." For this purpose, we use server cookies through which certain parameters for measuring audience reach success, such as ad placement or user clicks, can be measured. If you enter our website via a Google advertisement, Google Ads will store a cookie on your device. For these cookies, to analyze value, the following are usually stored: a unique cookie ID, number of impressions per ad placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversion), and opt-out information (marking which user no longer wishes to be included). Cookies allow Google to recognize your web browser. We do not collect or process any personal data based on the above advertising measures. We do not obtain other data; we cannot identify users based on the information obtained. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically initiates a connection with the Google server. We also use the remarketing tool in Google Ads, which enables us to present users of our website with interest-based advertisements from other websites belonging to the Google advertising network. Google Tag Manager – we use the Google Tag Manager tool provided by Google Ireland Limited (registered under number: 368047) with its registered office at: Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Thanks to it, we manage tags on our website. This allows us to study what interactions you enter into with our site and how your device and browsers react to it. This enables us to better tailor the content and code of our website.

Within the Google Tag Manager tool, only aggregated data regarding used tags, performance, and system operation of our site is collected. This does not include IP addresses or data associated with a specific person. However, the collected data in combination with others may lead to linking them with a specific person.

Google DoubleClick - We use tools for advertising and remarketing purposes. For this purpose, Google cookies regarding DoubleClick services are used. Third-party providers install the appropriate code or pixel to collect information about activity on our Website, and then, based on this, our advertisements are displayed to a Visitor who has visited our Website on other websites belonging to the advertising network of our third-party providers (so-called remarketing), and they also collect information about the campaign carried out, perform Site analytics, and analyze segments.

Facebook - We also use marketing tools and Chat provided by Meta Platforms Ireland., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). As part of these tools, we direct advertisements to you on Facebook. We carry out activities in this area based on our legitimate interest in the form of marketing our own products.

In order to direct advertisements to you personalized to your behavior on our Site, we use Facebook Pixel, which automatically collects information about your use of our Site in terms of viewed pages.

We do not transfer personal data. Information collected within Facebook Pixel is anonymous, i.e., it does not allow us to identify you. It only allows us to obtain information on what actions were taken within our Site. However, we point out that Facebook may combine this information with other information about you collected within your use of the Facebook service and use it for its own purposes, including marketing. Currently, Facebook Pixel also affects data from Instagram. Edrone - Our Website uses solutions proposed by the company edrone sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow (31-203) ul. Lekarska 1, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieście in Krakow, XI Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000537197, NIP: 676-248-20-64, REGON: 360228388. We use edrone services mainly for advertising and analytical purposes, including providing the E-mail and SMS Newsletter service. Edrone ensures the functioning of PUSH notifications. Edrone may obtain personal data from us, but we are certain that it will protect it appropriately.

Awin - Our site uses solutions offered by AWIN AG Data Protection Officer, Eichhornstrasse 3 10785 Berlin, Germany. Awin operates an affiliate marketing network made up of advertisers and publishers.   1.    How long do we store cookies containing personal data?

Depending on the type, purpose, and legal basis for processing cookies containing personal data, the cookies we collect may be stored for the time indicated in the table below.

Cookies containing personal data of a Visitor who is not a Customer, collected by us, will be stored until an objection is raised. The Controller may delete Personal Data if it is not used for marketing purposes for 3 years unless legal provisions oblige the Controller to process personal data for a longer period.

Part of the personal data may be stored longer in case a Visitor has any claims against the Controller or for the purpose of the Controller asserting claims or defending against claims (also of third parties), for the period of their limitation specified by legal provisions, in particular the Civil Code. In any case, the longer period of storing Personal Data is decisive.

  1.    Which social media tools do we use?

On our Website, plugins and other social media tools provided by social networking services such as Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest are used.

By displaying a Website containing such a plugin, your browser will establish a direct connection with the servers of the social network administrators (service providers). The content of the plugin is transferred by the given service provider directly to your browser and integrated with the Website. Furthermore, this information will be published in the given social media service and will appear to people added as your contacts. The purpose and scope of data collection and its further processing and use by service providers, including the possibility of contact and

your rights in this regard and the possibility of making settings ensuring the protection of your privacy are described in the privacy policy of individual service providers.
