How do I file a complaint with our store?
1. A complaint may be filed by the Customer, for example:
- in writing to the company address: MSQ COMPANY Alicja Komar, ul. Włókiennicza 20/22, 97-200 Tomaszów Mazowiecki,

2. If you are preparing the complaint letter yourself, it is recommended that the Customer include the following in the complaint description:
- the order number;
- information and details regarding the circumstances of the complaint, in particular the date on which the non-conformity of the goods with the contract (defects) was discovered;
- the desired resolution of the complaint: replacement or repair;
- or, if these options are impossible or too burdensome to implement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act: a refund or price reduction;
- the contact information of the person filing the complaint;
- the address where the goods can be picked up, if applicable—this will facilitate and expedite the processing of your complaint.
3. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
