Delivery
1. Once your order has been shipped, its status will be updated to “Shipped,” and a confirmation of the status change will be sent to your email address.
2. We fulfill 95% of all orders within 2 to 4 business days. We do everything we can to ensure the shortest possible delivery time. Delivery may take up to 9 business days during holidays, public holidays, or promotional events such as Black Friday.
3. Upon receipt, the Customer is required to inspect the condition of the package. If damage is found, the Customer must report this to the delivery provider and immediately contact the Seller. You can find more information on this topic in the “Returns” section.
4. If, after the order status changes to “Shipped,” the package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact Customer Service to obtain the tracking number.
