1. Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No, you can make a purchase both as a registered user and without creating an account.

2. Is Mosquito a Polish store?

Yes, Mosquito clothes are sewn in sewing rooms in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, and they are designed by the brand owner, Alicja Komar.

3. How are clothes measured in the Mosquito store?

Each product is measured separately flat, from the outside.

4. Is it possible to receive a VAT invoice for the purchased items?

Yes, we issue VAT invoices for companies. If you are interested in receiving such an invoice, please contact us by email or phone after placing your order.

A fiscal receipt is attached to each order, which constitutes proof of purchase.

5. What are the available payment methods?

You can pay for your order via:

  • electronic payments (PayU, BLIK, Przelewy24),
  • payment card online,
  • payment card upon delivery,
  • traditional bank transfer.

6. How long does delivery take?

Order fulfillment takes up to 14 business days (up to 9 days for order preparation + delivery time by the courier company).

7. Is delivery in the Mosquito store free?

Yes, the customer does not bear the delivery costs.

8. How much time do I have to return the goods?

You have the right to return the purchased product within 100 days of receiving it.

9. Is the return of goods free?

The costs of the return shipment are borne by the customer.

10. How can I return a product?

You make a return by sending the product back along with a statement of withdrawal from the contract to the address bok@mosquito.pl. You can use the form available at the following link or from the user panel.

11. Can I exchange a product?

Yes, you can exchange the product within 100 days of receiving it. Exchange is possible for a different color, size, or another product at the same price.

12. Do I bear the costs of the exchange?

The cost of shipping to the store is borne by the customer. The cost of shipping the new product is borne by the store.

13. How can I file a complaint?

A complaint can be submitted in any form; however, we recommend using the complaint form available here.

14. How long does it take to process complaints?

We process complaints immediately, at the latest within 14 days of submission.

15. Will I receive a refund for a complained product?

Yes, if the complaint is accepted, a refund or an exchange for a new product compliant with the contract is possible.

16. How can I unsubscribe from the Newsletter?

You can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking the deactivation link in the email or by contacting the store directly.

17. Can I pick up my order in person?

Our store does not offer personal pickups.
