How to return an item in three steps?

1. You have 100 calendar days from the date you received the package to notify us of your intention to return the item.
2. Please return the item within 14 days of notifying us (you may use the return form).
3. A refund will be issued within 14 days of your notification (we may wait for the product or proof of shipment).

Note: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer.

Detailed Rules

1. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 100 days without giving a reason. This also applies to business consumers in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

2. Time Limit

The 100-day period includes business days, weekends, and holidays.

3. Form of notification

Any unambiguous statement (e.g., email or form) is sufficient.

4. Return form

You may use the form, but it is not mandatory.

5. Return costs

The consumer bears the cost of returning the product. The store does not reimburse the cost of return shipping.

6. Start of the period

The period begins upon receipt of the product (or the last part of the order).

The consumer is liable for any reduction in the product’s value resulting from excessive use, damage, or improper packaging.
